EFCC Official Impregnates Female Detainee In Cell

The custody of EFCC while Farida Waziri was at the of affairs turned to a baby making factory when one of the officials of the commission (name withheld) allegedly impregnated a detainee and covered it up from the glare of the public. In a petition written to the Attorney-General of
the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mohammed Adoke by one Eprahim Emeka Ugwuonye of 310 Watkins Pond Boulevard, Rockville MD, dated November 16 2011, disclosed that a woman was arrested sometime in July 2009 by operatives of EFCC and detained at the Okotie-Eboh, Lagos office of the agency.

The petitioner stated that while she was in detention, the official of the agency was having carnal knowledge of the woman and by the end of November of that year, she was pregnant and informed the authority about the shameful attitude of the official. But no punitive measure was taken against the EFCC official. Instead, to cover the shame that it was going to bring to the agency, the woman was charged to court and was made to be remanded at the Kirikiri Prisons. Excerpts of the petition are reproduced hereunder:

Petition against Mrs. Farida Waziri and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC): The Dark Secrets of the EFCC.

Dear Attorney-General,

I hereby bring to your attention a crime, and cover up committed by the officials of the EFCC with the active connivance of the Chairman of the EFCC, and I request that the incident, and series of events surrounding it be investigated by your office.

There was a woman who was arrested by the EFCC around July 2009, and was detained at the Okotie-Eboh detention facility. While in detention in the custody of the EFCC, the woman was impregnated by an official of the EFCC. By the end of November and early December of 2009, the lady reported the incident to the officials of the EFCC. She disclosed the identity of the operative responsible for the pregnancy. She revealed also the details of how she got pregnant. According to her revelations, the EFCC official would come to the cell each night and would take her to the EFCC offices where he would have unprotected sex with her against her consent. After about two months of this pattern of activity, the lady got pregnant while still in custody. EFCC conducted test on her and determined that she was indeed pregnant and that she got pregnant while in its custody.

To cover up this incident, the EFCC quickly filed a charge against the woman and arraigned her in court. During arraignment, the EFCC lawyers on instruction from the EFCC leadership requested that the lady be remanded in Kirikiri instead of continuing to be remanded in the EFCC cell.
Once the woman was remanded at Kirikiri, the EFCC successfully covered up the incident. The officer involved is still working in the EFCC. No disciplinary action was taken against the officer. The officer in question is known. He has injury on one eye and wears glasses. The reason Mrs. Waziri and her top officers chose to cover up the incident was because they felt it would attract adverse publicity to the EFCC under her watch. She would rather continue with the false and well massaged image of a well-run and well-functioning organization.

Dear Sir, the issues involved in the case of this woman are of fundamental significance for your duties as the chief law officer of this country. It is your duty to ensure that all agencies of Government comply with the law and constitution. And where there is credible or investigatable theory
of crime or a credible complaint of a systemic violation of the constitution or an official cover-up, you have the duty to act.

In this instance, even though I am not able to provide you yet the name of either the detainee in question or the particular EFCC officer involved, you do have sufficient information to request a reaction from the EFCC. Such information, now at your disposal will enable you to ask the
following questions:

1] Looking at the list of EFCC detainees between July and December of 2009, was there an inmate that got pregnant in custody? The mere fact that a detainee got pregnant while in custody is enough to trigger an investigation.

2] There is an EFCC detective with bad eye, and who wears glasses. He worked in, or had continued access to the Okotie-Eboh cell between July and December of 2009.

3] There was a pregnant detainee who spent five months in detention at Okotie-Eboh cell, who got charged in December 2009, and was remanded in Kirikiri prison after it was known that she was pregnant.

4] Please, ask for the list of detainees who tested positive for pregnancy during the time they were in the custody of the EFCC.

The Honourable Attorney-General, I understand that this petition raises grave issues, and should have been disclosed with specificity
the identities of the victim and the officer that perpetrated the crime of rape. But this incident involves a massive cover-up by the EFCC. In that
situation, it is through hard work and diligent effort that so much information as I have disclosed herein could be possible. It will require an officer in your position to conduct the kind of inquiries that could bring out the facts that have been so carefully suppressed by the EFCC officials.

The significance of the incident in question must not be lost upon your office. As is well known in law enforcement circles, cover-up
and obstruction of justice are worse than the substantive violation of the law.
If the EFCC covered up a case in which its officer raped and impregnated a detainee in the custody of EFCC, there ought to be an investigation and appropriate measures or prosecution.

I realize that your office has made several efforts to regulate the activities of the EFCC. Your testimonies during your confirmation
hearing by the Senate eloquently explained the frustration you have suffered in your dealings with EFCC under the leadership of Mrs. Waziri. However the situation may be, you remain the Attorney-General of Nigeria. You have certain duties and responsibilities that go with your office. Do not sweep this petition under the carpet.

Ghanaian actor, Simon Ebo Banson best known for his role as John Dumelo’s father in the movie ‘Baby Thief’, has been dragged to court, accused of using a red-hot iron and a razor-sharp cutlass on the body of his 19-year-old maid, while Mrs Banson on the other hand is accused of helping her husband.

The Bansons accused the maid of conspiring with thieves to rob their home, they sent her to the police where she was detained but later released to them. She constantly denied the accusation, hence the couple took matters into their hands and battered her to bleeding point. When her brother decided to visit the home due to lack of communication, he was accused of the same, Mr Banson reportedly pulled a gun at him and ordered him to remain on his knees for 12hrs. He was later told his sister was sick and was sent to prayer camp, but he got suspicious and called the Police who rushed to the house, found the victim in a very critical condition and rescued her.

At the moment, the couple are remanded in police custody as the court denied them bail. They are due to appear in court on the 7th of December.

This is a pathetic story and the man is indeed sick. We are talking about a six year old girl who was defiled by her biological uncle. This is sickening to imagine. And it makes me feel so cold. Has this world turned into this? He couldn’t sleep with an adult woman like he is supposed to? What was he thinking? Has he forgotten there’s God somewhere?
Anyway, the best thing to do is to take care of the child in question and leave the rest for God to judge. Bearing in mind that he is family and if we push it too hard, it might be taken to the extreme. What l mean extreme in the context is that one might be tempted to do the unthinkable and we might live our lives regretting later. So my candid advise is that she forgives and allow God be God.

18 Yrs Old Nigerian, Stephen Ojerinola Murdered In The UK. Two Face Charges

The remains of a young Nigerian man, Stephen Ojerinola were found in a garden in South-East London on Sunday the 20th of November and test results showed the 18-year-old had been stabbed to death.

Two men Lee Davies, 35, of Blackheath, South-East London, and William Regan, 36, of Lynsted Gardens have been charged with Mr Ojerinola's murder.

Stephen went missing in May this year.

14 Years Jail Term For Lagos Driver Who Impregnated His 12years Old Daughter

                                                   

Yet another story that will make you ask questions what directions this world is taken, because i cant imagine how you can have sex with your own daughter.

Mr Philip Michael, a driver has been sentenced to 14 years in prison with hard labour for defiling his 12 year old daughter which resulted in pregnancy. The family social services unit of the Lagos State Ministry Of Youth And Social Development heard of the abuse and arrested him.

During an interrogation, the victim Miss Happiness Michael, it became apparent that he forcefully took her away from her biological mother and, he had sex with her on several occasions. Her pregnancy was detected by her school teacher.

In this business of blogging I have come across several stories but this just freaks me out. I'm glad justice was served and I hope this serves as a caution to many other perverts.

Jim Iyke Responds To Fraud Allegation By Critics

I finally got hold of the interview star actor Jim Iyke granted in regards to the fraud scandal that rocked the news last week. 

As you remember from my post last week, the lady in question, Habiba Abubakar claimed that the actor deceived her into acquiring 15% equity from his company, Untamed Record Ltd and that as soon as the money was paid into his account he converted the money to his personal use and went on a shopping spree around the world.

"Many at times many people do business and things don't work out with there business partners, they either resolve their problem on their or go to court and nobody calls them all kinds of name. Business is what it is.It is give and take. Someone will want what you offer and you want what the person offers, it is as simple as that. If you can't resolve it, the court will resolve it  , so why is mine different?

There's nobody in this world that has done business and at some point never had dispute with his or her partner. Some are resolved amicably and the once that could not be resolved amicably end up in court.

The difference here is that Jim Iyke goes to court. And suddenly everybody goes, ''Oh my God'' Why are people making a big thing out of it? I don't judge anybody. I don't call anybody names. People should know better that some people are in this world just to cause problems.

I did not have anything with Habiba Abubakar, it was just a business deal. Somebody invested money on something. Anyway, like i said before i don't wanna talk about it. Time will tell and the truth will come out.

Its God that built people and its God that brings people down. People will think what they will think. Trust me have been in worst predicaments than this before and i still come out them. I believe it's time factor that changes issues. I don't believe that any man has the power to decide the direction you go in life, including me.

She (Habiba Abubakar) has taken my matter to the highest authority, so what i say or do, does not change the situation. The court will judge us then".

THE NEW ANTI RAPE DEVICE : RAPE-AXE

This genius invention pops up so many questions in my head. Would this just be the solution to the menace that rocks our society these days? or would this just complicate issues and make rapist even more violent. I also don't think ladies would wear it daily in anticipating of a rape attack nor do I know how comfortable it is for the ladies. In a few words, I don't get it.

For those who don't know what the Rape -Axe is, it is an anti-rape condom that features razor sharp, teeth like barbs designed to sink into a man's penis upon unwanted penetration. This would prevent the rapist  from urinating or walking without pain, and it can only be removed through surgery.

Another Nigerian Taxi Driver In Diaspora Murdered

A 41years old Dublin based Nigerian taxi driver, Moses Ayanwole has been reported dead following an attack in his taxi by a passenger at the very early hours of  Monday the 21st. The attack left him in a coma and died yesterday at St. James’s Hospital, Dublin.

This news saddens the heart of many because just last month, a 40years old Nigerian taxi driver, Domingo Ezirike based in Washington DC was shot and killed over a 75cents dispute with a passenger.

Baba Suwe Wins Court Case As NDLEA Is Ordered To Pay N25m Compensation

Nollywood comic actor Baba Suwe finally gets the last laugh as he just won the court case against National Drug Law Enforcement agency (NDLEA). An Ikeja High Court this morning, ordered NDLEA to pay him N25 million in damages for unlawfully detaining him for three weeks over drug trafficking allegations, they were also ordered to make a public apology to him in two national papers.

I'm glad he got justice in the end.
