Controversial Nollywood Actor To Produce Gay Movie

Controversial Movie Director and Poet, Dickson has confirmed it that he will be releasing his Gay movie "Law 58" soon, according to the director the movie
“Law 58” is an expository, yet shocking movie on gay practice and its consequences on the traditional African society. In an interview with Vanguard Newspaper he stated that-
 “When I saw the National Assembly debate on Gay Marriage, I thought it was prophetic because at the time, I produced the movie, we hadn’t engaged ourselves constructively on how to address the issue of gay”.
“We pretended then as if it didn’t exist in our society.  Not knowing that it was gradually eating into the fabrics of the society.”
“So, one saw it at that time and set out to discuss it via the tube. I may sound very judgmental about it but I have no apologies whatsoever. Homosexual is an evil act that our culture and religion as Africans prohibits,  and so, speaking against it as a film maker is to re-echo what my society has been saying about the ugly practice.”

“At the time, I was shooting the movie, most of my colleagues frowned at the project because it was rumour then that some of them were involved in the act. I thought it was time to take a stand, given the fact that I was once called a gay, just to discredit my personality.”
“Today, I want the society to feel my purse differently, so that when the film is finally released into the market, they will be able to reconcile it with the Dickson Iroegbu they have known for several years. The world will also ascertain whether I’m a homosexual or not.”
The producer claimed that the movie, which stars the likes of Kanayo. O. Kanayo, who played the lead character, Clarion Chukwurah, Halima Abubakar, Ghanaian actor, Kofi Adjorlolo, Mark Morris Chibueze amongst other Nollywood stars took him over four years to produce.
 “Also, I approached actors like Mike Ezuruonye and Desmond Elliot, but   they screamed, and turned down the offer to star in the movie. For whatever reason they refused, I don’t know.” The movie, according to Iroegbu, explores a true life story.

Yvonne Nelson Reply Critics Who Claim The LV Bags For Sale In Her Store Are Fake

We informed you HERE about the stories flying around, they suggested that Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson was selling imitation LV bags in her store. As we predicted, she has finally replied her critics, though she initially chose to laugh it off as a joke till television stations started carrying the story. Here is what she had to say;
"According to the sexy actress, I believe the persons behind these stories have other plans and the massive media impression they keep on building makes me suspect they want to give my fashion shop a bad reputation just to collapse my business for reasons best known to them ... Any person who has been to my shop can testify to what am saying.Currently, I don’t even have more than5 bags in my shop. And All my bags are Aldo and they are sold out ... Ask other persons who sell designer stuff and they would tell you that most people will not like to buy $3000 LV bags if brought them here or $5000 Chanel bag".

Before & After Photos: Omotola Jalade Gives 20 Widows Beauty Makeover & Gifts

Actress Omotola Jalade gave 20 widows a beauty makeover in memory of her mum (who died 10years ago). The ladies went through beauty routines eg facial and body massage, total body makeover (facial, hairstyle, costume, etc) by some professionals after which top celebrity photographers were on the wait to give them a nice photo-shoot session following their sponsored shopping extravaganza. The widows were showered gifts at the main event held in Lekki, where they were given bags of rice, kitchen utensils and many other gifts.

In Omotola's words,
“This is something I wish or someone had done for my mother. If you give these women money, they would spend it on their kids ... when my mother was alive, I didn’t know I was going to loose her so soon. This is one thing I would have loved to do for my mum who was a widow for 10 years. It was lovely and fulfilling to see this happen,”

Tonto Dikeh Suffering From Temporary Amnesia?

Below is the very brief write up I stumbled upon on a number of celebrity websites;
"Top actress Tonto Dikeh sounds very brilliant and intelligent in movies that have been edited before hitting the shelves.Little do people know that this sexy actress panders to temporary amnesia, as she pretends not remember some things at will.
We will inform you authoritatively that whenever it pleases her,Ms. Dikeh does not even know her telephone numbers and will claim she does not remember the figures that make up her telephone number.
The intelligent actress has never mentioned her telephone number to anybody when asked,rather she will quickly tell the individual to call his or her number while she will readily dial it for the person to get her number.
Aside this,it has been revealed by eyewitnesses that this actress takes a line for over one hour while on movie sets,simply because she forgets things easily".
I do remember that in a video interview with Golden Icon, she was asked how many siblings she has, it took the actress a moment of thought to answer the question, though at the time I concluded it was a case of Lagos Babe Effizy.

But come to think of it, this can't be for real. She's a celebrated actress, are we now to believe that she struggles with her lines and producers tolerate this?
