Mr Tayo Aderinokun, CEO of GTBank passed on today in London, UK at the age of 56 after battling cancer of the lungs. He co-founded the bank in 1990 and served as Deputy MD for 12yrs, became MD/CEO in 2002 and won multiple awards including PWC’s “Most Respected CEO”in 2008 and ThisDay’s “Banker of the Year” in 2006.
